Minister Ordination Request Form

To become a legally ordained minister by the Church of Seven Planes, please read this form and click submit.

NOTICE:

Do not request ordination unless you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract or agreement.

It is your responsibility to know the legal requirements in your locality.

Ordination confirmations are not available online but are processed by the CSP administration and will be done through e-mail. This is done by hand and speed of response depends on the schedule of the staff and the number of requested ordinations, so please be patient if you don't get an immediate response. This is not an internet ordination this is a legal ordination done by the home church at Cooper, Texas USA. All ministers are ordained through the Church of Seven Planes. Not by a COMPUTER. Many states do not allow an internet ordination and our ministers are not ordained by internet but rather by a human in the office of the home church.

To be legally confirmed as a Minister your name must be registered with us. We do not sell our names or private records. This information is only for our private database to meet legal requirements. We also do not engage in SPAM, though we may at times contact you concerning Church activity.

As the CSP is an interfaith organization, our ordained Ministers are not restricted to the beliefs or practices of any spiritual or religious belief system. Thus, they can practice any religion of their choice, or as requested by them for ceremonies, or remain interfaith.

Unlike some other churches the CSP does not authorize it's ministers to ordain new Ministers. The exception to this policy is those who have been given the rank of Bishop by the CSP (Bishops of other Churches not applicable)

We are using a "Request For Ordination Form" to collect your ordination information. For security reasons, you must have Java Script enabled to use that form. If you have disabled Java Script in your Web Browser, you will not be able to use the form.

False information will not be processed and your ordination will not be granted.

You must provide a contact phone number. Recording of your ordination in our database makes your ordination legally recognized and not a paper certificate or an e-mailed letter.

You will receive two emails from us the first is a computer generated receipt.

The second email is to confirm your ordination and the second email is generated by an official and human person at the Church of Seven Planes.

You have 5 days after the initial request to complete the ordination process otherwise your request will be deleted and your ordination cannot be granted.

You are not ordained until you receive the second message directly from our administration at which time your information is entered into our database.

We offer a course of education which can be taken and graded on-line for free, however if you want a diploma the cost is $20.00 It is suggested that all that apply or who are ministers of the Church of Seven Planes read the course so that all have a better understanding of the doctrine and the structure of the Church. The FREE quiz which you can take on-line will further your understanding of the course material. After passing the quiz you may request a diploma for $20.00 if you want one.

Ordination Vows for The Church of Seven Planes:

It is my belief and declaration that I believe that I have been called to devote my life to the service of humanity without regard to race, gender, ideology, or religion. Through my own conscious choice I have chosen to manifest my calling through the form of legal spiritual ministry. Therefore, I request Ordination from the Church of Seven Planes in order to empower and solemnize my Ministry.

As a fully Ordained Interfaith Minister and Member of the Church of Seven Planes I recognize that every individual follows their own spiritual path. I vow to be respectful of all paths of faith and to honor an individual's personal journey towards enlightenment and truth. Further, I acknowledge the diversity of the people of the world and I solemnly vow to carry out my duties as a Minister of the Church of Seven Planes without prejudice or judgment of any kind.

As an Interfaith Minister and Member of the Church of Seven Planes I oblige myself to always doing what is RIGHT and JUST. I vow to harm no one and shall adhere both to the laws of my nation and my God/Goddess. I declare that I freely and seriously take the vows as stated above under my own free will. Further, I understand that I am requesting Ordination and Membership in the Church of Seven Planes which is a Church of MANY FAITHS and not simply one faith. I further understand that if accepted the Church of Seven Planes legally Ordains me as an Interfaith Minister under the laws of the United States of America in which the Church has it's worldwide headquarters.

I acknowledge and agree that in making these vows that it is my understanding that they are a matter of Public Record and I vow to keep these commitments for as long as I am a member and minister of the Church of Seven Planes.

There is never a charge to be ordained in the Church of Seven Planes, if you request ordination via mail the charge is for ordination certificate and postage not to be ordained.
